Have you moved and would you like to change your address?
You can easily and securely inform us of this change via our digital input channel. This means you no longer need to send anything by post.
There are 2 different services available:
You are a beneficiary and have moved: www.siemens.de/psg/adressaenderung
You are a caregiver/authorized representative and have moved: www.siemens.de/psg/adressaenderung-betreuer
Of course, you can still send us your new address by post:

- Address Change Form (Germany)
- Address Change Form (Caregiver / Authorized Representative)
- Address Change Form (International)
2. Please fill out the corresponding form completely and also provide your personnel number.
3. Send the signed form to Pension Services Germany. (see contact)
Important note:
You must apply for a change of tax class within the main employer characteristics at your responsible tax office. PENS then receives the information about the change via the ELStAM procedure.
Would you like a change of main and secondary employer?
You can notify us of this change easily and securely via our digital input channel www.siemens.de/psg/elstam. This means that you do not have to send them by post at all.
You want a change of main and secondary employer?
- Fill out the following form completely.
- Sign the form and provide your personnel number
- Then upload the form under the above link
- PENS will take care of everything else for you!
Of course, you can still send us the change for the ELStAM procedure by post (see contact).
Your bank details have changed?
You can easily and securely notify us of this change via our digital input channel www.siemens.de/psg/bankdatenaenderung. This means that you do not have to send them by post at all.
1. Select the form that is relevant to you:
- Change of bank details Germany
- Change of bank details Germany home account
- Change of bank details abroad
2. Sign the form and provide your personnel number.
3. Then upload the form under the above link
4. PENS will take care of everything else for you!
Of course, you can still send us the change of your bank details by post (see contact).
You would like to apply for your benefits from the company pension scheme?
Hint: We expressly point out that this application includes all claims known to us.
If you do not yet want to claim certain pension entitlements, please let us know in the comments field of the form.
If we need additional information in individual cases, we will inform you accordingly.

- If you do not yet wish to claim certain pension entitlements, indicate this in the "Your comments" field.

Would you like to apply for a pensioner's card?
The pensioner's certificate is only issued when you retire.
The creation is not automatic, but only upon request.
Please note that the pension card is issued without a picture and access coding.
To pay in the company restaurant, you need a Casino Card.
Note for employees with partial retirement contracts:
The pension card can only be applied for after the ATZ exemption phase. Your company ID card is valid until the end of your ATZ exemption period. Earlier applications cannot be considered.

Would you like to authorize a person to represent you in all financial matters (all matters relating to the company pension) vis-à-vis Siemens AG – PS Pension Services Germany?
You can communicate this message to us easily and securely via our digital input channel www.siemens.de/psg/vollmacht. This means that you do not have to send them by post at all.

Would you like to receive your pensioner's mail to your private e-mail address?
- Fill out the following form completely.
- Sign the form and provide your personnel number.
- Send the form to Pension Services Germany. (see contact)
- You will receive a written confirmation after submitting this declaration of consent.
Hint: For technical reasons, transmission is currently only possible in unencrypted form. No guarantee can be given with regard to security against unauthorized inspection by third parties.
Excluded from e-mail are machine-generated documents, e.g. the annual wage tax certificate, salary statements in the case of payment in instalments.
Would you like to send us a current life certificate?
You can send them to us easily and securely via our digital input channel www.siemens.de/psg/Lebensbescheinigung. This means that you do not have to send them by post at all.
1) Select the form that is relevant to you.
2) Fill in the form with your personal data.
3) Have the form confirmed by one of the entities listed.
4) Then upload the form under the above link.
5) PENS will take care of everything else for you!
