- Internally, our Belonging Day events feature experts and Siemens advocates who bring greater visibility, awareness and understanding to topics like ethnicity, culture and intersectionality.
- Our employee resource groups (ERGs) include those focused on ethnic and cultural dimensions around the world. Our ERGs are open to everyone.
- Answering the call for action in the UK, we have made commitments across all our local businesses in support of the Race at Work Charter, which empowers employers and helps accelerate change for Black, Asian and Minority Ethnic (BAME) employees in the workplace.
