Legal Information
The Supervisory Board of Siemens AG has 20 members. As stipulated by the German Codetermination Act, half of the members represent Company shareholders, and half represent Company employees. The term of office of Mr. Snabe, Dr. Dugan, Ms. James, Mr. Potier, Dr. von Siemens and Mr. Zachert will expire at the conclusion of the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in 2027. The term of office of Dr. Brandt, Mr. Rørsted, Dr. Schneider and Ms. Vittadini will expire at the conclusion of the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in 2029. The term of office of the employee representatives will expire at the conclusion of the Annual Shareholders’ Meeting in 2028. The employee representatives are marked with an asterisk (*).
