The world is constantly changing
Business can only be successful if it adapts to change. The Corona pandemic further accelerated this. Siemens adapted literally overnight. We switched to a purely digital work environment. We discovered even more the human side of our co-workers and started to support and care more for each other. We lived flexibility and self organization on a new level.
People at the center
Work is digitalizing rapidly. At the center of all changes, however, remains the human being and our need to connect with others. Shared values and common purpose are becoming even more important for self-organized and effective work. We applied this lesson during the pandemic. We will continue to do so in the future.
