UCA or EULA
UCA
The Universal Customer Agreement (UCA) sets forth base terms for all our products and services, including on-premises software, hardware, maintenance, support, cloud services, and any combination of the foregoing.
EULA
For Electronic Design Automation portfolio, the End User License Agreement (EULA) is used instead of the UCA if a customer is solely interested in on-premises products and services.
