Four different electronic trip unit (ETU) series enable a wide range of applications.

Comprehensive digital connectivity

SENTRON 3VA2 plus and SENTRON 3VA6 plus MCCBs provide comprehensive transparency from infeed to the field level and integrate seamlessly into existing system and software environments – from planning and commissioning to condition monitoring and maintenance.

Their numerous interfaces enable quick and easy parameterization and commissioning without the need for programming knowledge. New, wirelessly connected displays, integrated into the cubicle door, allow all key operating data to be read locally without opening the cubicle.

In addition to precise collection, transmission, and visualization of all relevant data for monitoring on desktop or mobile devices, SENTRON 3VA2 plus and SENTRON 3VA6 plus MCCBs enable wireless connection to SENTRON Powercenter 1100/2000 data transceivers for integration into higher-level energy management systems. New communication modules with an integrated web server enable direct access to breaker data via IP-adress and can continuously supply the trip unit and connected components with external power.

Integrated DAS+ maintenance mode

Protect maintenance personnel from arc flash during live work in the cubicles with DAS+ (Dynamic Arc-flash Sentry+). This maintenance mode integrated into the SENTRON 3VA2 plus and SENTRON 3VA6 plus MCCBs is activated via the ETU display or digital inputs and ensures particularly sensitive tripping in the event of a fault, automatically reducing protection parameters to a minimum.

The DAS+ maintenance mode, integrated into the SENTRON 3VA2 plus and SENTRON 3VA6 plus molded case circuit breakers, improves personnel safety during maintenance work.
