Mentoring programmes

Our many mentoring programmes foster cross-generational insights and a more inclusive, forward-thinking leadership culture. In our reverse-mentoring programme, young leaders mentor more seasoned peers. More experienced professionals share their expertise as mentors throughout our organisational hierarchy. And our innovative Mentor Pod Marketplace allows global colleagues to mentor each other on topics they are passionate about.
