The use of our Sifinity portfolio is governed by the applicable Product Specific Supplemental Terms (PSST) listed below for each offering, together with the Standard Terms and Conditions that apply to your order. Depending on your country and the specific terms of your order, the Standard Terms and Conditions will be either
- Siemens Terms of Sale (STS) Standard Terms and Conditions and the General Software and Cloud Supplemental Terms (applicable in countries where the STS have been implemented), or
- Universal Customer Agreement (UCA) (applicable in all other countries)
Your order will specify which Standard Terms and Conditions apply to your subscription. Please refer to the Product Specific Supplemental Terms (PSST) below for each specific Sifinity offering.
