Siemens Certified Education and Talent Academy (SCETA) is a Work Integrated Learning Program (WILP) to equip students in Canada with the educational and professional foundation required for successful careers within Siemens Canada.

SCETA is a Dual Education program combining theory and practice in a work-integrated learning program (WILP) geared toward technical and professional students. It offers students a wide array of technical, interpersonal, and business acumen training and places them in roles within various business units within Siemens Canada.
SCETA students will complete two summer work terms, one starting this May and another after they finish their education.
Upon program completion, select students are offered full-time positions at Siemens Canada.
Ideal candidates for the 17-month SCETA program meet the following requirements:
- Graduating in April/May 2027
- Students entering their final year of studies *THIS REQUIREMENT MUST BE FULFILLED*
- Cumulative GPA: 3.0+
- Commitment to work: May-August 2026 & May-September 2027
- Willing to relocate and travel across Canada as required by the program.
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
The 5-month New Graduate Training program is designed to accelerate your skills so you will have an immediate professional impact.
The program's objective is to have you join a Siemens business unit at the end of the 5-month term should everything align, opening the door to all Siemens Canada. During this five-month term, you will receive orientation in May, learning about all things Siemens and business acumen training. You will work with a business unit for training and practical experience during the next four months.

- Commitment to work: May-September 2026
- Willing to relocate and travel across Canada as required by the program
- Legally authorized to work in Canada.
