This is an alternative to cash or bank facility. We buy the asset and retain ownership; the user has sole use by renting it for an agreed period and returns it at the end of the term. No up-front cost means cash flow is kept within the user’s business.

To facilitate prolonged equipment purchase and installations (up to 90 days), you agree to SFS releasing payments in stages to the supplier throughout the period. Your lease repayments don’t start until all equipment is installed and the final payment to the supplier made. You then start the lease agreement and make a small interest charge for the cash already paid for initial period.
