Who can apply? And how?

The ideal person will be studying towards a relevant degree, usually in an engineering- or business-related subject. If you think you're suitable, complete our online application. After that, our process looks at your overall skills and personality. Just be yourself, ask questions and be prepared.

Application screening

Your journey starts with your application. However, we won't review your CV at this stage, as we believe skills can be developed and potential can be nurtured.

We are not so focused on what you have done — we care most about who you are and what potential you can bring.

Online behavioural assessment

If you meet our minimal requirements, you will be invited to complete an online assessment.

This inclusive approach allows us to assess if you align with our core values and demonstrate the potential we're looking for. This gives all candidates a fair chance regardless of their background.

On-demand video interview

At Siemens, technology plays a big part in how we transform the everyday.

You may be asked to complete an on-demand video interview where you'll record yourself answering some pre-defined questions.

Assessment centre interview

The final stage is an in-person assessment centre or interview. It’s designed to get to know you more, and introduce you to Siemens.

From a personal development perspective, Siemens offers me everything I need and more. My mentor supports me towards chartership but over and above, I feel my skills are invested in as an engineer, a business person and a human being. Siemens has given me a deep insight into who I am and how I work. I understand my strengths — but I know my weaknesses too. This directs my focus so I can be the best I can be.
