Inspekto is a fully equipped out-of-the-box industrial visual inspection product with unprecedented simplicity and immediacy, that can be operationally deployed in less than a day.

Inspekto – ready-to-use AI-based visual inspection

Inspekto enables out-of-the-box visual quality inspection and requires no expertise in vision solutions or AI. It allows you to get started quickly and easily up to the most demanding use cases. Easy to deploy and use, scalable, it can seamlessly integrate to existing automation systems.

The fast track to your visual quality inspection

Easy to use and maintain: Thanks to Inspekto’s highly intuitive UI, setup and configuration is simple. This end-to-end simplicity continues throughout the lifetime of your production.

Reduced effort: No Machine Vision or AI expertise required to implement, deploy and maintain this solution. Now anyone can automate!

Quick setup: Only 20 good samples required to commission Inspekto – no defective samples required.

Self-adaptive: No need to foresee and train potential defects. Thanks to Inspekto’s unsupervised AI approach, Inspekto detects all anomalies and deviations from the pre-trained good samples, adapting seamlessly to also handle any surface variation.

Why you need quality assurance

OEE unlocked: Quality that fixes Itself

Defects don’t slow production – late detection does. AI-based inspection checks every product in real time and adapts to changes. Higher first-pass yield, fewer stoppages. OEE rises as quality shifts from reactive to proactive.

Design changes shouldn’t break your inspection

Product variation and mass customization are the norm. Traditional vision struggles with new rules and reprogramming. AI learns new variants in minutes. Your product evolves – your inspection simply keeps up.

Industrial-grade AI without the specialists

Rule-based systems need constant expertise and effort. AI-based vision changes that: fast setup, train with good samples, and let it run. No vision experts needed – just plug, teach, run. Industrial AI that works like a tool.

Highly affordable and immediate to deploy industrial visual inspection

The Inspekto system combines a unique electro-optical system with innovative AI technology to provide a visual quality inspection solution that is versatile, extremely easy to use, adapts to changes in the production line, and requires no machine vision expertise. Only 20 good samples are required. Bad samples are optional, not mandatory. The system can be installed on the production line, either end-of-line or mid-line, and fully integrated with PLC or MES/ERP systems. This makes it great for the inspection of incoming goods or the final quality inspection of finished products.

Some of the proven Inspekto use cases

Plastic injection moulding

Plastic injection molding is a manufacturing process where melted plastic is injected into a mould to create precise, repeatable parts at high volume. Inspekto helps catch defects early, reduce scrap, and ensure consistent part quality by automatically detecting issues that manual checks might miss.

A plastic part is placed under a camera, moved into position, and scanned by an Inspekto to check for defects.

Metal casting

Metal casting is a manufacturing process where molten metal is poured into a mould and allowed to solidify, forming complex and durable components used in industries like automotive, aerospace, and heavy machinery. Inspekto can automatically detect surface defects such as cracks, porosity, and misruns that are difficult to catch manually. This reduces scrap, improves consistency and ensures reliable, high-quality cast parts.

PCB Components

PCB board inspection involves checking printed circuit boards for correct component placement, solder quality, and surface defects after manufacturing or assembly. Inspekto adds value by automatically detecting issues like solder bridges, missing or misaligned components, and surface anomalies that are difficult to catch manually. This ensures reliability, reduces rework and prevents faulty parts reaching customers.

End-of-line assembly

End-of-line assembly is the final production stage where components are assembled into a finished product via manual and automated steps. Inspekto automatically detects assembly errors such as missing parts, misalignments, incorrect labels, or cosmetic defects that human inspectors may overlook. This improves quality, reduces rework, and ensures consistent output.
