Rzecznik Praw Obywatelskich (Ombudsman) to bezstronny organ, któremu pracownicy Siemens i strony trzecie mogą zgłaszać przypadki niewłaściwych praktyk biznesowych w firmie Siemens. Raporty mogą być sporządzane poufnie, a w razie potrzeby anonimowo. Zgłoszenia powinny być składane w języku angielskim lub niemieckim.
