Our refurbishment process includes analyzing any detected faults, repairing or replacing affected components, and replacing worn parts where necessary to ensure reliable operation.
Refurbishment includes all required hardware and software updates, including safety-related updates where applicable. No performance enhancements or functional expansions are made, so the device remains classified as used, not new. All safety and conformity characteristics, including electrical safety, EMC protection, mechanical and thermal safety, IP protection, and cybersecurity, continue to meet the legal requirements that applied when the product was originally placed on the market.
The device is cleaned as needed during refurbishment, and any severely damaged or function-critical housing components are replaced. Minor cosmetic signs of previous use, such as scratches, stickers, or slight discoloration, may remain and do not affect the device’s functionality or performance.
Every refurbished product undergoes rigorous testing after the repair in accordance with Siemens’ specifications and established quality standards. The refurbishment process is only successfully completed once all tests confirm that the device is fully functional and meets the required performance and reliability criteria.
Trust the high-quality refurbishment from the experts who originally built your device.
The refurbished product has successfully passed all Siemens functional and quality test standards.
