The West Java province, with a population of more than 49 million residents, is one of the most densely populated regions in the country. The city of Tasikmalaya - a commerce hub for the 14 surrounding districts - plays a central role in the area. JHC, known locally as RS Jantung Tasikmalaya, is strategically situated to the north of the city with easy access to major national roads that allow it to easily serve city inhabitants and the rural areas surrounding it.
Built in 2022, the new hospital specializes in cardiology but also offers a wide range of services including internal medicine, general surgery, obstetrics and gynecology, pediatrics, dentistry, pulmonology, neurology and clinical nutrition. It is dedicated to supporting local clinics and empowering local doctors and nurses to enhance healthcare services in the region.
