By participating in the competition, you accept the following terms and conditions:
This competition is organized by Siemens AG Austria, Siemensstraße 90, 1210 Vienna, Austria, hereinafter referred to as "Siemens". Natural persons aged 18 and over are eligible to participate. Employees of Siemens AG Austria and their relatives are excluded from participation. Only one entry per person is permitted. Multiple registrations will not be considered.
To participate in the competition, registration on the website https://www.siemens.com/en-us/content/partner-info-magazine/ is required. By registering, you agree to the stated terms and conditions of participation. All eligible persons who register during the competition period and agree to the terms and conditions of participation will be entered into the prize draw. The following information must be provided in the form displayed on the website: first name, last name, email address, country. Cash payment of the prize or compensation in other goods is excluded.
The competition begins on July 1, 2026, at 12:00 noon and ends on August 31, 2026, at 12:00 noon.
A total of six vouchers for the "Steirereck am Pogusch" restaurant, each worth €200, will be raffled off. Each winner will receive one voucher worth €200. The winners will be drawn at random from all eligible participants after the end of the competition period. The drawing will be conducted by Siemens, and recourse to legal action is excluded. The winners will be notified by email. From the date of notification, the winner has 14 days to claim the prize by sending their postal address to Siemens via email. Should the winner fail to respond within the timeframe specified above or in the prize notification, the prize claim will be forfeited. If the prize claim is forfeited for the aforementioned reasons, a new winner will be selected. If it is not possible to select a new winner, the prize will not be awarded. The voucher will be sent by mail to the postal address provided by the winner.
Siemens does not guarantee the continuous availability and functionality of the competition. The application may be terminated or temporarily taken offline for various reasons, particularly external ones, without giving rise to any claims by participants against Siemens. Siemens' liability in connection with this competition is excluded, except where liability is mandatory under applicable law.
This competition, conducted by Siemens Aktiengesellschaft Österreich, is not affiliated with LinkedIn, Meta Platforms, or Oracle. In particular, the competition is not organized, supported, or sponsored by LinkedIn, Meta Platforms, or Oracle. Each participant releases LinkedIn, Meta Platforms, and Oracle from any and all liability in connection with this competition.
Siemens' fulfillment of the contract is subject to the condition that no obstacles exist due to national or international foreign trade regulations, embargoes, and/or other sanctions. The personal data collected in connection with the prize draw will be used exclusively for the purpose of conducting the prize draw, in particular to determine the winners, notify them, and send them their prizes. Further information on data protection can be found in the Siemens Privacy Policy. Austrian law applies exclusively to the prize draw. Legal recourse is excluded. Siemens reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions of participation, indicating the changes.
