Period of Supply of impacted Product: Products were supplied nationally from August 1, 2021, through August 31, 2022.
Hazard: A wire with an incorrect stripping length may have been applied in the internal assembly, which allows for a lug set screw to compress the wire insulation instead of the conductor alone. This can create a poor electrical connection, resulting in overheating within the product and a risk of fire.

How to identify if you have an affected product
Siemens Solar Ready Meter Combos MC2442S1200FC and MC2442S1200SC have a label on the inside of the right panel door. This is where you can find the catalog number and manufacturing date stamp. Please refer to the Identification Instructions for more information.
