Capital X Panel Designer is a fully cloud-native CAD platform that enables real-time collaboration, multi-user access, and automatic version control. While both share the same file format, they are separate platforms and do not sync automatically. 

Capital Panel Designer (On-premise), on the other hand, is an installable, desktop-based electrical CAD software designed for single-user, offline use. All data is stored locally, with no collaborative features such as real-time editing and version control.

You will receive an email with a download link and the serial number for activation. You will also receive an invoice for your purchase in the same email.

Orders are usually processed instantly once payment is completed. Sometimes, Paypal will hold the payment 24 hours for review. If this occurs, users will be notified via email. The order will be processed immediately upon PayPal completing the review.

Yes, we have an importation tool ready to assist our loyal users in exporting their older drawings/stencils to the latest versions of Capital X Panel Designer and Capital Panel Designer (On-premise).

No, the Electra E9 is no longer available. Active Electra E9 subscribers can continue to use the software without interruption. Users, however, can no longer purchase the Electra E9 license once they have unsubscribed. We strongly encourage engineers to incorporate Capital X Panel Designer and/or Capital Panel Designer (On-premise) into their workflow for optimum productivity.

Your files will remain accessible, and your account will be downgraded to a free plan. You can still perform minor text or graphical edits on your drawings, but Capital X Panel Designer and Capital Panel Designer (On-premise) features, automation and functionalities will be unavailable.

Yes, you may purchase a license for others, then grant the license to them in your account page. All you need is their email address to grant them access to the purchased license. Please note that the email address used to purchase will be the main email address to manage the license.

Our payment provider will automatically collect the payment again from your account in another five days. Meanwhile, you can still access and use all features as you'll be given a 7-day grace period. After the grace period, you will be automatically downgraded to the free plan if the payment still hasn't gone through.

We do not recommend canceling the authorized preapproved payment in PayPal as all subscriptions purchased using this PayPal account will be canceled. In the case of unsubscribing from Capital X Panel Designer, please contact Siemens Support Center.

The trial version is limited to 30 days and will cease to function after the trial period. Files will still be accessible, but without the automation tools.
