The Siemens Industry Service Card is a prepaid card for technical support. It brings on a combination of technical support services products and systems for discrete manufacturing as well as current SIMATIC PCS 7 versions, building products, sensors and field devices. The card is available as digital version for immediate use and is valid for three years from the date of purchase.

Technical Support Extended Packages

The Technical Support Extended Packages are a payment option for specific support requests for current, not discontinued SIMATIC products to Technical Support in Germany. The packages are available in sizes of 4 or 40 hours. The number of packages required to process the specific support request is estimated by the technical support expert. Billing takes place after completion of the support request according to the quantity actually required.
