Quality Complaint Procedure Description

1. Quality complaints are subject to quality complaints for products with a visible manufacturing defect or a defect discovered during use in accordance with the manufacturer's recommendations.

2. For products subject to replacement under warranty:

- In response to your complaint, a new device will be ordered for you. The defective device will be sent to the Siemens AG Repair Center, where, after diagnostics, a decision will be made as to the validity of the complaint.

- If the inspection of the damaged part indicates that the defect is not covered by the warranty, the complainant will be responsible for the costs of the replacement device, diagnostic inspection, and shipping.

- You will receive confirmation of the order acceptance, along with the assigned case number, delivery date of the new device, the tracking number, and shipping instructions for the equipment under warranty, in a separate email.

- You agree to return the damaged device within two weeks of receiving the new device. If the damaged device is not returned within the required timeframe, the customer will be charged the purchase price of the new device.

3. For products eligible for warranty repair only:

- The device in question will be sent for repair to an authorized Siemens AG service center.

- Repair completion time: approximately 2-4 weeks.

- You will receive confirmation of the order acceptance, along with the assigned case number and shipping instructions for the faulty device, in a separate email.

- If the inspection of the damaged device indicates that the defect is not covered by the warranty, the complainant will receive a repair quote for approval and will be responsible for the costs of the diagnostic inspection and shipping.

IMPORTANT! PLEASE DO NOT SEND THE EQUIPMENT BEFORE RECEIVING CONFIRMATION OF COMPLAINT RECEIPT.

THE CONFIRMATION WILL INCLUDE THE CORRECT ADDRESS FOR SHIPPING THE PRODUCT IN QUESTION.
