The work experience gained within the framework of internship programs constitutes invaluable first steps into professional life.

Summer Internship

As Siemens Turkiye, we offer internship opportunities to diligent, dynamic, and young individuals within our company every year during the summer period. The work experience gained within the framework of internship programs constitutes invaluable first steps into professional life. Students interning at Siemens have the opportunity to put their academic knowledge into practice. At the same time, young people who get to know our company and its culture also have the opportunity to develop the qualities they will need to become permanent members of the Siemens family.

Requirements for Students

Internships will be conducted fully remotely, fully in-office, or in a hybrid manner, depending on the requirements of the job.
For undergraduate students, it is a prerequisite for their internships to be mandatory and for them to be completing their 3rd or 4th year in the summer of 2026 to be able to apply.
Vocational School students can apply regardless of whether they are in their 1st or 2nd year.
Technical High School students who are required to do an internship during the summer can also apply through this section.
Applications from vocational and commercial high school students who are required to do an internship while attending school during the 2025-2026 academic year are not accepted through this section.
Students who have previously interned at our company are not provided with a second internship opportunity.

Internship Application and Evaluation Process

Summer internship applications are accepted between February 01-28.
To complete the application process, a General Aptitude Test link will be sent to the email addresses of university students who have a mandatory internship and have completed their 3rd or 4th year, and vocational school students who have completed their 1st or 2nd year. The tests will be sent to candidates' email addresses from siemens-staj@baltasgrubu.com during the first week of March.

The General Aptitude Test consists of 50 multiple-choice questions and has a duration of 25 minutes. It is mandatory to complete the test for applications to be considered.
Technical high school students will be evaluated without taking the test.
After the General Aptitude Test results are reviewed by our recruitment specialists, video interviews will be conducted with selected candidates in line with the available intern quotas in our company.
Applications will not be considered if the General Aptitude Test and video interview are not completed within the specified time.
After the evaluation of the video interviews, students placed in open quotas will be notified of the application results via email during April.
