Introducing Digital Twin Composer

Unveiled at CES 2026, our new Digital Twin Composer brings the industrial metaverse to life. See how we're empowering companies to build, test, and optimize in a virtual world before breaking ground in the real one.

Build the future, virtually

Imagine being able to walk through your new factory, test a production line or refine a product design before a single physical component exists. We just unveiled our Digital Twin Composer at CES 2026, a breakthrough software solution that turns this vision into reality. It is a powerful tool for building and operating industrial metaverse environments. Explore how you can make smarter decisions with unprecedented speed and scale. Visualize and simulate any product, plant or factory in its full context, in real time. Use Digital Twin Composer to:

  • Conduct large-scale simulation and virtual commissioning of entire factories
  • Train autonomous robots in lights-out factories
  • Showcase and simulate appliances in facilities, homes, buildings

What can you do with Digital Twin Composer?

Unify data

Combine 2D and 3D digital twin information with real-time data from physical operations.

Create photorealistic environments

Build and manage secure, high-fidelity 3D experiences, accelerated by NVIDIA Omniverse libraries.

Gain true industrial intelligence

Apply industrial AI and simulation to visualize, interact with and iterate on any product, plant or factory in its real-world context.

PepsiCo drives a digital-first strategy

We are proud to already be partnering with global leader PepsiCo, bringing the Digital Twin Composer to life in the U.S. in collaboration with NVIDIA. As part of PepsiCo’s digital-first design strategy, they will use digital twins and AI as co-designers to simulate, validate and optimize facility layouts before construction begins. So far, the partnership has:

  • Delivered a 20% increase in throughput on initial deployment
  • Reduced capital expenditure by 10 to 15%
  • Identified up to 90% of potential issues before physical build

The scale and complexity of PepsiCo’s business... is massive — and we are embedding AI throughout our operations. We’ve seen an increased demand for our products, requiring bold new approaches to increase capacity and efficiency. Siemens and NVIDIA are helping us accelerate our transformation by turning intelligence into action.

NVIDIA & Siemens

The Digital Twin Composer is an example of our partnership with NVIDIA, integrating NVIDIA Omniverse and Siemens Xcelerator to create holistic, highly realistic digital twins.

The collaboration also includes supporting Foxconn and NVIDIA in building a state-of-the-art robotic facility for manufacturing NVIDIA AI infrastructure systems. Engineers created a digital twin of their entire factory to:

  • Validate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems before construction
  • Identify ideal factory layouts with design space exploration optimizations

This collaboration is a major step toward realizing the industrial metaverse — a world where digital and real systems are seamlessly connected to enable continuous optimization and innovation.
