GINOP training grant
Siemens Zrt. is implementing a training programme within the framework of the GINOP PLUSZ – 3.2.1 – 21 labour market programme (entitled 'Improving the adaptability and productivity of employees and companies through workforce development').
During the tender process, we were awarded nearly HUF 32,000,000 in funding for employee development.
We will be holding training courses on the following topics between 1 October 2023 and 31 December 2024:
- Stress management and resilience
- Change management
- Time and task management
- Sales training
- Problem solving
- Communication, conflict management, assertive communication
- Effective leadership tools
