100 Women, 100 Opportunities

With the new project "KOMPASS – 100 Women, 100 Opportunities. Career Paths for Immigrant Women," the Austrian Integration Fund (ÖIF) supports qualified immigrant women in entering the job market. Siemens Mobility Austria GmbH, Siemens AG Austria, and Siemens Personnel Services jointly participated in this project. The program aims to provide the participating women with a realistic picture of the Austrian working world and the opportunities available in Austria. Through this initiative, we were able to welcome Ms. Jaber, whose impressive combination of expertise and dedication represents a valuable asset to our company.

Samah Jaber, Industrialization Expert

Jaber holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science and a Master's degree in Industrial Engineering. She is currently also pursuing a Master's in Data Science. Since June 2023, she has been with Siemens and is part of a regional team focusing on data-driven services in the areas of energy efficiency, safety, building security, cybersecurity, fire systems, and building automation within the EMEA region.
