School introduction
The "Digital Leadership Academy" is jointly organized by Tsinghua School of Economics and Management and Siemens China, aiming to help enterprise managers calmly face the opportunities and challenges under the changes of digital empowerment, lead enterprises to achieve high-quality and sustainable development with comprehensive and systematic thinking and management capabilities, and then promote the digital transformation and upgrading of China's industry.

Course modules
The school consists of seven major course directions, 12 teaching modules and special practical teaching modules. The ad hoc practical teaching modules include but are not limited to laboratory visits, visits to leading companies, etc., which will be interspersed with the learning of each module.
Alumni Lifelong Learning Program
After completing the course and passing the assessment, students can obtain the alumni qualification of Tsinghua School of Economics and Management, enjoy relevant alumni rights, and participate in various lectures, forums and alumni activities of Tsinghua School of Economics and Management, which is an important platform for students to update their knowledge resources in real time, build lifelong learning and expand cross-border exchanges.
Including but not limited to: advisory committee members into the classroom, Tsinghua Management Global Forum, China and World Economic Forum, Tsinghua Entrepreneur Lecture Hall, China Economic 50 Forum, Chang'an Forum, Wendao Economic Management, Industry Lecture Hall Alumni Series Activities, etc.

- School teaching: enlightenment by famous teachers of economics and management, discussions by industry elites, lectures by business leaders, and cross-border forums
- Transformation practice: digital transformation practice case mining mentors give one-on-one guidance and share the results of the final defense
- Xingzhi Innovation: Siemens enterprise visit, enterprise practice classroom

Project Schedule
- Duration: 18 months, 12 classes, 3-4 days each time.
- Program: Expected from May 2021 to November 2022
- Location: Beijing, Shenzhen, Shanghai, Suzhou, Germany and other places.

- Course Gains: Students who complete all modules and meet the completion requirements will receive the "Digital Leadership Academy" learning certificate issued by the Lifelong Education Office of Tsinghua University and the "Tsinghua-Siemens Digital Transformation Leadership Program" certificate issued by Siemens.

The admissions committee will review the materials according to the order of registration

After passing the qualification review, the admissions committee will notify the applicants who have been qualified for the interview by email

Qualification review
Those who pass the interview and qualification review will be issued an "admission and payment notice"

Notification of enrollment
The admissions committee will issue an "admission registration notice" to students who have completed the formalities within the specified time, and students will enroll in the school with this notice
