Our EHS program is an integral part of this and a significant step towards organizational resilience. It consists of two modules – Healthy & Safe @ Siemens and Eco Efficiency @ Siemens – running through 2030. Under the Eco Efficiency @ Siemens initiative, we focus on three key categories:

1. Responsible Product Development: We evaluate our portfolio and apply an eco-design approach to relevant product families to support the sales of eco-efficient products and solutions.
2. Clean Supply Chain: We procure more secondary materials and reduce the use of hazardous substances to promote the decoupling of natural resource consumption.
3. Efficient Operations: We enhance waste disposal practices and use clean energy more effectively to minimize the environmental impact of our own production sites and offices.

Yes, Siemens offers a wide range of online health programs for our people to use at home. On My Learning World, our learning platform, they can access health-related educational offerings at any time. Additionally, we offer online fitness courses under the name "livesport@home." These courses are location-independent and provide a variety of training options, including Cardio Power Mix, Core Training, Zumba, Fascia Training, Fit into the Day, Back Express, Pilates, Evening Relaxation, and Yoga. Employees can conveniently enhance their health and fitness from home. Additionally, there is a selection of training videos available anytime on My Learning World.
