Anyone who produces pharmaceuticals faces a high level of responsibility in terms of quality and reliability. Just like Develco Pharma GmbH. It manufactures pharmaceuticals for the treatment of severe pain (opiates) for the European and North American markets. Develco Pharma Schweiz AG was founded in 2006 and is now headquartered in Pratteln. Since 2017, painkillers and drugs for attention deficit deficits (ADHD) have been manufactured in a new production hall at the Schopfheim site in Germany.

The solutions should be able to be monitored and operated by a higher-level management system.
Two aspects were decisive: the reliable solution from a single source and the management platform for all trades. All building technology trades come from Siemens. Our Desigo CC management platform monitors and controls the automation stations and operating devices from Desigo PX, as well as the laboratory solution, the intrusion alarm system, the access control system, the video surveillance system and the network-compatible fire alarm control panel. Special solutions are used for the laboratories, such as structure-borne sound and motion detectors or the recording of room conditions such as pressure, temperature and humidity.
We tailor the overall package for security, fire protection and building automation precisely to the requirements. It fully meets both the high demands of our customer and the official requirements. With Desigo CC, all trades in the building are centrally controlled and optimized. For the customer, everything from our source means: high production reliability, maximum efficiency and comprehensive service. This creates a perfect location for sophisticated high-tech drug production.
All systems can be centrally controlled, controlled and monitored with the building management platform.
All requirements are met with the Desigo PX building automation system, the CET laboratory automation system and the CMT monitoring system.
The Sinteso FC 2040 fire alarm control panel, together with multi-criteria detectors and FDA241 smoke aspiration system, ensures optimum fire protection.
Security is provided by the Transliner CIC2010 intrusion alarm system with Sipass access control, MyTMA time processing and SiNVR video surveillance.
