GEA Group AG has implemented the Module Type Package (MTP) at its Oelde site to standardize communication between process modules. Modular production involves standardized, pre-automated modules with appropriate intelligence, allowing easy addition or rearrangement. We demonstrate how Siemens enables industry wide standardized machine integration, unlocking new efficiency and scalability potential - supported by the Siemens Industrial Copilots for machine builders as well as MTP-Studio, SIMIT, Digital Twin, and additional solutions for plant operators.
