A culture of inclusion and openness
In our activities, actions, and programs, we seek to promote diversity within our workforce. Regardless of cultures, backgrounds, sexual orientations, or genders, we create a work environment open to all.
Our commitments to diversity and inclusion
We are convinced of the role that companies must play in the evolution of a more open and inclusive society. That's why we are committed to promoting diversity and fighting against exclusion and discrimination along 4 main axes: equal opportunities, professional equality between women and men, diversity and disability.
Acting for professional gender equality
Professional equality should allow women and men to benefit from equal treatment in terms of access to employment, professional training, qualification, promotion, compensation, and working conditions.
Based on data from fiscal year 2025, Siemens Financial Services/Siemens Lease Services achieved a Gender Equality Index score of 88 points (out of 100 maximum).
Our Professional Equality Agreement between women and men, signed with labor unions in October 2019, provides for concrete actions including the feminization of our recruitment, equality in professional development, work-life balance, and prevention against moral and sexual harassment and sexism.
Beyond regular awareness and communication actions, we apply, for example, a proactive salary policy with negotiated catch-up adjustments when needed. In addition to measures allowing each employee to reconcile professional and personal life, parenthood is also taken into account. We have included in this agreement actions to combat gender-based harassment and stereotypes with a "company referent," "listening relays," and "CSE referents," all of whom have been trained.
Convinced that diversity constitutes a true factor of efficiency, modernity, and innovation in the company, SFS-SLS has decided to strengthen its policy and implement an action plan for the coming years to confirm the written commitments related to professional equality between women and men in society.
