Personal Data Processing

The Controller of personal data is Siemens Finance sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Warsaw (03-821) at ul. Żupnicza 11. The Controller can be contacted via email at: dataprotection@siemens.com.

The Controller processes your personal data to grant access to the AM Inspection App. Personal data is processed pursuant to Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation (hereinafter "GDPR"), i.e., based on the legitimate interest of the controller, which is the proper performance of a contract to which you are a party, or a contract between the Controller and a party for whom you are an employee/representative.

Data may be transferred to entities processing them on behalf of the Controller, but solely for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the realization of the aforementioned purpose, including entities providing IT services to us, provided that such entities process data based on agreements concluded with the Controller and strictly in accordance with its instructions.

Your personal data will be processed for the period of limitation of any potential claims or until the expiry of the data archiving obligation resulting from legal provisions. You have the right to access your data, and the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and to object to processing. To exercise any of your rights, please contact the Controller. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office if you believe that the Controller is violating the provisions of the GDPR.
