How AI Helps Develop Industrial Applications? From Idea to Application

Join this hands-on workshop where you'll discover how artificial intelligence can support female engineers in creating cutting-edge industrial solutions. Together, we'll design a simple application running on the Industrial Edge platform, leveraging AI tools like Copilot to generate code, ideas, and logic. No prior experience with edge computing is necessary—we'll walk you step-by-step through the entire process, from concept to application launch. This is a great opportunity to acquire new skills, learn about practical AI applications, and see what real-world engineering looks like in the future.

Imaging diagnostic technologies – modern solutions, innovations and a vision for the future

Join this unique workshop, where four medical technology specialists will take you on a fascinating journey through the entire patient diagnostic process. You'll see how modern imaging supports clinical decisions – from arrival at the ER, through key tests, to a safe return home. During the meeting, we'll get down to specifics: together we'll plan test protocols and design an optimal data flow network. All this to ensure clinicians have immediate access to their data and patients receive complete medical records as quickly as possible.

Convince with a confident voice and coherent delivery: how to ensure a relaxed tone, an engaging message, and confidence in your speech.

Your voice is a key tool for building authority and a personal brand. During this workshop, you'll learn how conscious modulation and tone influence your professional image and how to tailor your expression to your role. We'll analyze the elements of first impressions—from body posture to eye contact—so you inspire trust from the moment you step in. You'll learn rhetorical techniques, the power of pauses and speech tempo that engage listeners, and the consistency of your gestures and voice. This is complemented by three proven methods for overcoming business stage fright, which will help you gain complete confidence.

This is already the eighth edition of the Engineers program. The opinions of participants help us improve each edition so that we can support young women even more effectively in achieving their professional goals.

The condition for joining the program is to complete the application form and submit a self‑presentation in the form of an essay, presentation, video or infographic by 29.03.2026. The authors of the 30 most interesting submissions will receive an invitation to the workshops.
