Hội đồng Giám sát
Theo quy định của Luật Đồng quản trị Đức, các cổ đông và người lao động của công ty mỗi bên sẽ lựa chọn một nửa trong tổng số 20 thành viên của Hội đồng Giám sát. Các thành viên này đồng thời tham gia vào các Ủy ban khác nhau thuộc Hội đồng Giám sát.
