We are proud to already be partnering with global leader PepsiCo, bringing the Digital Twin Composer to life in the U.S. in collaboration with NVIDIA. As part of PepsiCo’s digital-first design strategy, they will use digital twins and AI as co-designers to simulate, validate and optimize facility layouts before construction begins. So far, the partnership has:

• Delivered a 20% increase in throughput on initial deployment
• Reduced capital expenditure by 10 to 15%
• Identified up to 90% of potential issues before physical build

The Digital Twin Composer is an example of our partnership with NVIDIA, integrating NVIDIA Omniverse and Siemens Xcelerator to create holistic, highly realistic digital twins.

The collaboration also includes supporting Foxconn and NVIDIA in building a state-of-the-art robotic facility for manufacturing NVIDIA AI infrastructure systems. Engineers created a digital twin of their entire factory to:

• Validate mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems before construction
• Identify ideal factory layouts with design space exploration optimizations

This collaboration is a major step toward realizing the industrial metaverse — a world where digital and real systems are seamlessly connected to enable continuous optimization and innovation.
