In a return and repair case for protection and automation equipment, a duplicate replacement device is configured to your original specifications and sent out within 12-48 hours of initial contact. After you receive a replacement device, return the damaged device to our Return and Repair Center where we conduct a full assessment and investigation.

How to submit a repair request in the United States

A prerequisite for a Siemens repair in the United States is that the product is in a repairable state. If you are unsure, please contact Renato Barbeiro at the Return and Repair Center.

  • Complete the return request form below to initiate the deployment of a replacement device configured to your exact specifications.
  • Receive your new device within 12-48 hours.
  • Return the damaged device using the enclosed shipping instructions
  • Receive notification upon receipt of your damaged device, the diagnostic determination, and any repairs that will be conducted.
