Maximum Flexibility with Sinumerik ONE

The production line uses two Sinumerik ONE controllers in parallel, leveraging the capabilities of the CNC for material machining and the PLC 1500 for handling automation. The architecture enables coordination of motion control across more than 100 axes, ensuring both precision and speed. The modular approach makes it possible to manage the complexity of the system while maintaining a high level of operational flexibility, which is essential for meeting the customized demands of the European and North American markets.

Security and Process Monitoring

The current solution is not limited to automation but includes advanced devices for cybersecurity and energy monitoring. The openness of Siemens devices allows Working Process to integrate countless digital applications for constant process optimization. This approach ensures the protection of sensitive data and careful management of energy resources throughout the line.
