Quality Complaint Procedure Description

Description of the logistics complaint procedure

1. Logistics complaints are complaints based on a logistic error committed by the supplier or forwarder (quantitative error, loss of shipment, incorrect delivery, missing/incorrect accessories, incorrect packaging, transport damage).

2. Immediately after delivery, the Customer will become acquainted with the condition of the Deliverable and inform Siemens Sp. z o. o. in writing using the online form available on the website - link about any existing defects in accordance with the procedure below:

  • damage during delivery should be immediately recorded on the forwarder's delivery documents (damage report) and reported to Siemens Sp. z o. o. within 5 days of delivery under penalty of loss of claims for visible (overt) defects
  • other discrepancies in delivery (quantity error, loss of shipment, incorrect delivery, missing/incorrect accessories, incorrect packaging, etc.) should be immediately noted on the forwarder's delivery documents and reported to Siemens Sp. o. o. no later than 6 weeks from the date of delivery,
  • to submit a logistic complaint, it is necessary to provide the shipment number,
  • in the complaint it is recommended to provide a description of the complaint (information and circumstances regarding the subject of the complaint, in particular the type and date of the event),
  • in some cases, additional photographic documentation will be required,
  • Siemens Sp. z o. o. will respond to the complaint immediately, no later than within 14 days from the date of its receipt,
  • You will receive confirmation of acceptance of the complaint for consideration along with the number assigned to the case and the status of the complaint in a separate e-mail.

3. Sending the form is tantamount to confirming that you have read the Siemens Sp. complaint procedure. z o. o. and its acceptance.
