Many engineering graduates face challenges due to limited industry exposure, skills gaps, and financial barriers. A more inclusive and industry-aligned education system can prepare students for better successful careers.

Started in 2013 with only 20 students, the Siemens Scholarship has grown proudly nurturing over 2300 students from 28 states. We support economically disadvantaged engineering students through four-year scholarships and holistic development based on the German dual education system to make them industry ready.

We are a Pan-India program supporting over 2,000 students across 28 states from Government Colleges.

Empowering Industry Readiness

The program focuses on essential skills for engineers through foundational skills, business fundamentals and work-based learning.

Championing equal opportunity in engineering

We offer equal opportunity scholarships with 50% reserved for girls.

Highlights of the program

Key highlights of the Siemens Scholarship Program include:

Annual scholarship comprising reimbursement of tuition fees and educational allowances for books, hostel and additional classes
Holistic development program focusing on technical and functional training, soft skills enhancement, mentoring and real-world experience through internships and Siemens Mechatronics System Certiﬁcation Program (SMSCP)
Yearly scholarship renewal subject to students clearing all subjects and scoring first class
