  • Responsible handling of employees and fairness in payment, labor, and social insurance claims.
  • Various benefits from discounts on Siemens quality products, through works council initiatives such as discounted shopping vouchers, to employee prices in staff restaurants.
  • A certified and sustainable safety/health management system.
  • Measures for employee well-being, such as the "berufundfamilie" (work and family balance) certification and the possibility to use Mavie (Employee Assistance Service for employees seeking advice).

Health and wellness offers

SPDL supports your physical and mental well-being with a range of benefits.

Career & Family

As the first personnel services company in Austria, SPDL received the "berufundfamilie" certification from the Federal Chancellery. Within this framework, SPDL offers its employees benefits in the areas of parental leave, family care, social benefits, and crisis management.

Birth and parents

The birth of a child is the most beautiful and challenging time for parents. Employed mothers and fathers are entitled to parental leave (exemption from work) until the child reaches 22 months of age if they live in the same household with the child. Under certain conditions, the entitlement to parental leave extends until the child's second birthday. You can find more information through the following links from the federal ministries:

We are committed to maintaining contact with our employees throughout pregnancy and parental leave to optimally plan their return. Your HR consultant is available to support you with all related topics.
