Kada posećujete naše spoljne i interne veb-sajtove, koristite naše aplikacije ili onlajn usluge (svaka od njih predstavlja „Onlajn Ponudu“), možemo obrađivati sledeće kategorije ličnih podataka:
- Vaše kontakt podatke, kao što su puno ime, adresa, broj telefona, mobilni telefon i adresa e-pošte;
- Organizacione informacije, uključujući radno mesto i naziv kompanije;
- Vaš datum rođenja, u slučaju da Ponuda zahteva proveru starosti;
- Informacije koje dostavite u okviru zahteva za podršku, ankete, komentara ili foruma;
- Dodatne lične podatke koje pružite popunjavanjem formulara u našim Ponudama;
- Informacije o vašoj interakciji sa Ponudom, uključujući vaš uređaj i korisnički identifikator, informacije o operativnom sistemu, sajtovima i uslugama kojima pristupate tokom posete, datum i vreme svakog zahteva posetioca; i
- Lične podatke kojima se pristupa kroz dozvole koje dodeljujete našim mobilnim aplikacijama, kao što su podaci o lokaciji uređaja (npr. - Za kontaktiranje sa informacijama i ponudama u vezi sa našim proizvodima i uslugama, slanje marketinških informacija ili kontakt u kontekstu anketa o zadovoljstvu kupaca, kako je objašnjeno u Sekciji 4; i
- U meri u kojoj je to razumno potrebno za sprovođenje uslova Ponude, utvrđivanje ili očuvanje pravnog zahteva ili odbrane, sprečavanje prevara ili drugih nezakonitih aktivnosti, uključujući napade na naše informaciono-tehnološke sisteme.
Ponude koje pruža vaša organizacija
Naše Ponude mogu vam biti obezbeđene za korišćenje od strane organizacije kojoj pripadate, kao što su naši poslovni korisnici. Ako vam vaša organizacija obezbedi pristup Ponudi, obrada ličnih podataka koje vi ili vaša organizacija pružili ili koji su prikupljeni u vezi sa sadržajem Ponude, vrši se pod rukovodstvom vaše organizacije i podleže ugovoru o obradi podataka između vaše organizacije i nas. Kada posećujete našu onlajn prodavnicu („Marketplace“), možemo obrađivati sledeće kategorije ličnih podataka:

- Dodatne lične podatke koje pružite popunjavanjem formulara u našoj onlajn prodavnici;
- Informacije koje su zakonski zahtevane za provere usklađenosti ili kontrole izvoza, poput datuma rođenja, nacionalnosti, mesta prebivališta, brojeva ličnih dokumenata, identifikacionih kartica i informacija o relevantnim i značajnim sudskim ili drugim pravnim postupcima; i

Obrađujemo vaše lične podatke u sledeće svrhe:
- Komunikacije sa vama u vezi naših proizvoda, usluga i projekata, npr. odgovaranjem na upite ili pružanjem informacija o kupljenim proizvodima;
- Planiranja, izvođenja i upravljanja (ugovornim) odnosom sa kupcima, npr. izvršavanjem transakcija i porudžbina proizvoda ili usluga, obradom plaćanja, vođenjem računovodstva, revizije, naplate i prikupljanja sredstava, organizovanjem isporuka, olakšavanjem popravki i pružanjem usluga podrške;
- Kontaktiranja sa informacijama i ponudama u vezi naših proizvoda i usluga, slanja dodatnih marketinških poruka i sprovođenja anketa o zadovoljstvu kupaca, kako je objašnjeno u Sekciji 4;
- Održavanja i zaštite bezbednosti naših proizvoda, usluga i veb-sajtova, sprečavanja i otkrivanja bezbednosnih pretnji, prevara ili drugih kriminalnih ili malicioznih aktivnosti;
- Osiguravanja usklađenosti sa zakonskim obavezama (kao što su obaveze čuvanja evidencije), kontrole izvoza i carinske obaveze, provere usklađenosti kupaca (za sprečavanje prevara ili pranja novca) i našim politikama ili industrijskim standardima; i

Kada koristite naše konverzacione ili generativne usluge zasnovane na veštačkoj inteligenciji (AI-powered) dostupne na ovom veb-sajtu ili kroz druge Siemensove ponude koje se odnose na ovo Obaveštenje o privatnosti (svaka od njih predstavlja „AI Ponudu“), možemo obrađivati sledeće kategorije ličnih podataka:
- Informacije sadržane u unosu koje vi aktivno pružate tokom korišćenja AI Ponuda, kao što su vaši korisnički upiti, pitanja, otpremljeni sadržaji, podešavanja, pretrage, dokumenti koje delite za analizu, kontekstualne informacije o vašim potrebama, povratne informacije o odgovorima i druge informacije koje delite u okviru korišćenja AI Ponuda;
- Informacije sadržane u izlazu koji AI Ponuda generiše kao odgovor na vaš unos; i
- Informacije o vašoj interakciji sa AI Ponudama, uključujući vaš uređaj i korisnički identifikator, podatke o sesiji i obrasce korišćenja.
Obrađujemo vaše lične podatke u sledeće svrhe:
- Za pružanje AI Ponuda;
- Za praćenje kvaliteta AI Ponuda i osiguranje da izlazi budu odgovarajući, pristojni i da ne sadrže ilegalan, uvredljiv jezik ili materijale;
- Za obuku i unapređenje naših proizvoda ili usluga i poboljšanje ukupnog korisničkog iskustva, uključujući, ali ne ograničavajući se na identifikovanje obrazaca, ispravljanje netačnosti i poboljšanje kvaliteta odgovora; i
- U meri u kojoj je razumno potrebno za utvrđivanje ili očuvanje pravnog zahteva ili odbrane, sprečavanje prevara ili drugih nezakonitih aktivnosti, uključujući napade na naše sisteme ili mreže, i za poštovanje važećih zakona.
Kategorije ličnih podataka koje obrađujemo i svrha obrade
U kontekstu poslovnog odnosa sa nama, možemo obrađivati sledeće kategorije ličnih podataka potrošača i kontakt osoba kod (potencijalnih) kupaca, dobavljača, prodavaca i partnera (svaki od njih predstavlja „Poslovnog partnera“):
- Kontakt podatke, kao što su puno ime, adresa, broj telefona, poslovni mobilni telefon i adresa e-pošte;
- Organizacione informacije, uključujući radno mesto i naziv kompanije;
- Podatke o plaćanju, uključujući informacije potrebne za obradu plaćanja i prevenciju prevara, kao što su brojevi kreditnih/debitnih kartica, sigurnosni kodovi i druge povezane informacije za naplatu;
- Dodatne informacije koje je neophodno obrađivati u okviru projekta ili ugovornog odnosa sa nama, ili koje Poslovni partner dobrovoljno pruži, kao što su lični podaci u vezi sa porudžbinama, izvršenim plaćanjima, zahtevima i fazama projekta;
- Lične podatke prikupljene iz javno dostupnih izvora (uključujući poslovne i profesionalne mreže i veb-sajtove), baza podataka o integritetu i kreditnih agencija; i
- Informacije koje su zakonski potrebne za provere usklađenosti Poslovnih partnera ili kontrole izvoza, kao što su datum rođenja, nacionalnost, mesto prebivališta, brojevi ličnih dokumenata, identifikacione kartice i informacije o relevantnim i značajnim sudskim ili drugim pravnim postupcima protiv Poslovnih partnera.
Obrađujemo lične podatke u sledeće svrhe:
- Komunikacije sa Poslovnim partnerima u vezi naših proizvoda, usluga i projekata, npr. odgovaranjem na upite ili pružanjem informacija o kupljenim proizvodima;
- Planiranja, izvođenja i upravljanja (ugovornim) odnosom sa Poslovnim partnerima, npr. izvršavanja transakcija i porudžbina proizvoda ili usluga, obrada plaćanja, vođenja računovodstva, revizija, naplata i prikupljanja sredstava, organizacije isporuka, olakšavanja popravki i pružanja usluga podrške;
- Kreiranja ličnog profila koji sadrži poslovne informacije o interakcijama između vas i nas, s ciljem da vama i kompaniji za koju radite ponudimo relevantne informacije i odgovarajuće ponude za naše proizvode i usluge, kao i da unapredimo našu personalizovanu komunikaciju sa vama;
- Administracije i sprovođenja analiza tržišta, nagradnih igara, konkursa ili drugih aktivnosti i događaja za kupce;
- Kontaktiranja sa informacijama i ponudama u vezi naših proizvoda i usluga, slanja dodatnih marketinških poruka i sprovođenja anketa o zadovoljstvu kupaca, kako je objašnjeno u Sekciji 4;
- Održavanja i zaštite bezbednosti naših lokacija, objekata, proizvoda, usluga i veb-sajtova, sprečavanja i otkrivanja bezbednosnih pretnji, prevara ili drugih kriminalnih ili malicioznih aktivnosti;
- Osiguravanja usklađenosti sa zakonskim obavezama (kao što su obaveze čuvanja evidencije), kontrole izvoza i carinske obaveze, provere usklađenosti Poslovnih partnera (za sprečavanje prevara ili pranja novca) i naših politika ili industrijskih standarda; i
- Rešavanja sporova, sprovođenja naših ugovornih obaveza i utvrđivanja, ostvarivanja ili odbrane pravnih zahteva.
Kada se registrujete za ili učestvujete na jednom od naših događaja uživo („Događaji“), obrađujemo:
- Lične podatke opisane u Sekciji 4 („Obrada ličnih podataka u vezi sa vašim poslovnim odnosom sa nama“);
- Vaše ime, organizaciju i kontakt podatke („Informacije o učesniku“);
- Automatske podatke o prisustvu prikupljene senzorima, uključujući prijave na sesije i obrasce kretanja unutar prostora Događaja, ukoliko dozvolite korišćenje RFID ili beacon tehnologije. Korišćenje ove tehnologije je potpuno dobrovoljno;
- Dodatne informacije koje pružite tokom registracije, kao što su preferencije u vezi hrane ili smeštaja;
- U meri u kojoj vaše preferencije u vezi hrane ili smeštaja otkrivaju osetljive lične podatke (npr. dijetetske potrebe koje ukazuju na verska uverenja ili zdravstvene informacije), takvi podaci će se obrađivati samo tamo gde je to dozvoljeno ili zahtevano važećim zakonima, što može uključivati pribavljanje vašeg pristanka, ispunjavanje zakonskih obaveza ili zaštitu vaših životno važnih interesa.
Obrađujemo lične podatke u sledeće svrhe:
- Za organizaciju i upravljanje Događajem (uključujući registraciju, kontrolu pristupa i logističke aranžmane);
- Za omogućavanje pristupa Događaju i mogućnosti umrežavanja;
- Za praćenje prisustva na sesijama gde je potrebno i unapređenje budućih Događaja.
U slučaju automatske obrade podataka o prisustvu:
- Za automatizaciju verifikacije prisustva i uklanjanje potrebe za ručnim prijavama;
- Za podršku u logističkom planiranju i upravljanju prostorima Događaja;
- Za analizu kretanja učesnika i obrazaca učešća;
- Za poboljšanje dizajna i organizacije budućih Događaja.
U slučaju skeniranja bedževa od strane izlagača i sponzora:
- Da bi se vaše Informacije o učesniku, kodirane na vašem bedžu, delile sa izlagačima ili sponzorima, ukoliko odlučite da vaš bedž bude skeniran od strane takvih izlagača ili sponzora. Izlagači i sponzori koriste ove informacije za sopstvenu dalju komunikaciju i umrežavanje, u skladu sa svojim politikama privatnosti i na osnovu vašeg direktnog odnosa sa njima.
Kategorije ličnih podataka koje obrađujemo i svrha obrade
Ako učestvujete na virtuelnom sastanku gde su, u meri u kojoj to važeći zakon dozvoljava, aktivirane funkcije snimanja, transkripcije ili asistencije pomoću veštačke inteligencije, možemo obrađivati sledeće kategorije ličnih podataka:
- Audio, video i tekstualni sadržaj vaših doprinosa tokom sastanka, uključujući vaš glas, sliku, sadržaj koji delite i poruke koje šaljete u četu;
- Informacije o vašem učešću, kao što su vaše ime, adresa e-pošte, vreme ulaska i izlaska sa sastanka, detalji vaših interakcija tokom sastanka, kao i tehnički podaci o vezi (npr. IP adresa).
Svrhe obrade ličnih podataka u ovom kontekstu su:
- Za pružanje funkcija snimanja, transkripcije ili asistencije pomoću AI učesnicima;
- Za kreiranje snimaka sastanaka, transkripata i AI generisanih sažetaka;
- U meri u kojoj je to potrebno za utvrđivanje ili odbranu pravnih zahteva, sprečavanje prevara i poštovanje važećih zakona.

Gde i u meri u kojoj to važeći zakon dopušta, možemo obrađivati vaše kontakt podatke u svrhe direktnog marketinga (npr. pozivnice za sajmove, biltene sa dodatnim informacijama i ponudama u vezi naših proizvoda i usluga) i za sprovođenje anketa o zadovoljstvu kupaca, u svakom slučaju i putem e‑pošte. U svakom trenutku možete se usprotiviti obradi vaših kontakt podataka u ove svrhe tako što ćete pisati na contact@siemens.com ili koristeći mehanizam za odjavu (opt-out) koji je dostavljen u odgovarajućoj komunikaciji koju ste primili.
Kada se prijavite za posao, obrađujemo vaše lične podatke u skladu sa obaveštenjem o privatnosti na Siemensovom portalu za zapošljavanje ili odgovarajućoj drugoj platformi za zapošljavanje koju koristite.
Vaše lične podatke prenosimo samo onako kako je opisano u nastavku:
- Povezane kompanije i prodajni partneri
- U svrhu i u meri koja je neophodna za vođenje našeg poslovnog odnosa sa vama, možemo da delimo vaše lične podatke sa podružnicama i trećim licima (npr. prodajnim partnerima i agentima). Mi, na primer, prodajemo određene proizvode i usluge samo putem lokalnih poslovnih odnosa i u tom slučaju možemo preneti vaše lične podatke našim lokalnim podružnicama ili drugim prodajnim partnerima koji vode poslovni odnos sa vama.
- Transakcije na našim Marketplace platformama
- Preko naših onlajn prodavnica stavljamo na raspolaganje proizvode, usluge i ponude podružnica i trećih lica. Lične podatke kupaca koji se odnose na te transakcije delimo sa tom podružnicom i/ili trećim licem.
- Pružaoci usluga

Lični podaci koje objavite u okviru Ponuda (kao što su čet sobe ili forumi) mogu biti globalno dostupni drugim registrovanim korisnicima odgovarajuće Ponude.
Osim ako u trenutku prikupljanja vaših ličnih podataka nije drugačije naznačeno (npr. u formularu koji popunjavate), vaše lične podatke brišemo kada njihovo čuvanje više nije potrebno za svrhe za koje su prikupljeni ili na drugi način obrađivani, odnosno radi ispunjavanja zakonskih obaveza (kao što su obaveze čuvanja podataka prema poreskim ili privrednim propisima).

- Uložite prigovor, iz razloga koji se odnose na vašu konkretnu situaciju, na dalju obradu vaših ličnih podataka; i
- Povučete svoju saglasnost za obradu vaših ličnih podataka.
Radi zaštite vaših ličnih podataka od slučajnog ili nezakonitog uništenja, gubitka, korišćenja ili izmene, kao i od neovlašćenog otkrivanja ili pristupa, primenjujemo odgovarajuće fizičke, tehničke i organizacione mere bezbednosti.

- In the course of our business relationship with you, we may share Business Partner contact information with affiliated companies and partners. We and these affiliated companies and partners are jointly responsible for the proper protection of your personal data (Art. 26 General Data Protection Regulation).
To allow you to effectively exercise your data subject rights in the context of this joint controllership, we entered into an agreement with these Siemens companies granting you the right to centrally exercise your data subject rights under section 8 of this Privacy Notice against Siemens AG.

Legal basis of the processing
The General Data Protection Regulation requires us to provide you with information on the legal basis of the processing of your personal data.
The legal basis for our processing data about you is that such processing is necessary for the purposes of
- exercising our rights and performing our obligations under any contract we make with you (Article 6 (1) (b) General Data Protection Regulation) (“Contract Performance”);
- Compliance with our legal obligations (Article 6 (1) (c) General Data Protection Regulation) (“Compliance with Legal Obligations”); and/or
- Legitimate interests pursued by us (Article 6 (1) (f) General Data Protection Regulation) (“Legitimate Interest”). Generally, the legitimate interest pursued by us in relation to our use of your personal data is the efficient performance or management of your use of the Offerings, our business relationship with you and in particular, the achievement of the purposes described in the table below. Where the below table states that we rely on our legitimate interests for a given purpose, we are of the opinion that our legitimate interest is not overridden by your interests and rights or freedoms, given (i) the regular reviews and related documentation of the processing activities described herein, (ii) the protection of your personal data by our data privacy processes, including our Binding Corporate Rules on the Protection of Personal Data, (iii) the transparency we provide on the processing activity, and (iv) the rights you have in relation to the processing activity. Where our mobile applications access device data through permissions (such as location or contacts), we provide you with configuration options to manage and revoke such access at any time. This possibility to control the use of permissions is taken into account when assessing whether your legitimate interests are duly respected. Processing of sensitive personal information
