S polno hitrostjo naprej za podnebni načrt v Stuttgartu

Stuttgart želi biti podnebno nevtralen do leta 2035, deset let prej, kot zahteva nemški zvezni zakon o podnebnih spremembah. Za dosego tega cilja občinsko komunalno podjetje Stadtwerke Stuttgart skupaj s Siemensom izvaja trajnostni koncept, začenši z lastnim sedežem.

»Stuttgarska pot« - podnebna nevtralnost do leta 2035

Zakaj smo se odpravili na to težko pot, ko je na voljo lažja pot? Podnebno nevtralno do leta 2045, to je pravna zahteva. Toda Stadtwerke Stuttgart se je odločil, da bo šel po »Stuttgartski poti« s ciljem podnebne nevtralnosti do leta 2035.

Občinske javne službe in njihov izziv na poti do podnebne nevtralnosti

Občinske javne službe so motor energetskega prehoda. Kot splošni ponudnik storitev za ključne sektorje, kot so energetika, promet in stavbe, lahko delujejo kot vzor pri spodbujanju energetskega prehoda. Da bi dosegli podnebni cilj mesta Stuttgart, je treba letno prihraniti 3,6 megatona ekvivalenta CO2, kar je velik izziv za skupino Stadtwerke Stuttgart.

Skupina Stadtwerke Stuttgart določa konkretne korake za dosego teh ambicioznih ciljev in skupaj s Siemensom izvaja celovit koncept trajnosti v okviru tehnološkega partnerstva. Izdelki, rešitve in storitve se uporabljajo v širokem spektru projektov učinkovitosti, energije in stanovanjskih območij. Odprta in interoperabilna poslovna platforma Siemens Xcelerator je osnova za medsebojno gradnjo aplikacij. Kako to konkretno izgleda? Siemens zagotavlja senzorje in programsko opremo. Sodelujemo z energetskimi strokovnjaki v Stadtwerke Stuttgart pri razvoju energetskih in ogrevalnih konceptov, ki jih je mogoče vključiti v sisteme strank na podlagi nastalih podatkov in funkcionalnosti.

Building X

Building X is a suite of AI-driven and open-platform applications for building management. It eliminates complexity, reduces data silos, and improves building performance.

Building X offers the following advantages for the building in Kesselstrasse:

360° Viewer: Photorealistic image as a digital twin. The 360° Viewer provides a continuous overview by displaying a virtual 3D environment.

Energy Manager: The energy consumption, costs and CO2 emissions of the building are recorded and analyzed so that optimization measures can be defined at an early stage.

Operations Manager: For monitoring a wide range of building installations and applications – in real time and from a single location. This makes it possible to respond to faults faster, thus minimizing downtimes and improving business continuity.

Lifecycle Twin: Serves a central data hub. It provides end-to-end visibility and comprehensive management for technical building services and all of the building’s assets, as well as efficient work order management in a virtual environment.

New headquarters to become a sustainability showcase

The conversion and modernization of an existing building at Kesselstrasse 23 in Stuttgart can be seen as the reference and starting point of the technology partnership.

Prvi konkretni ukrep je posodobitev prihodnjega sedeža skupine Stadtwerke Stuttgart. Njihov novi dom bo postal predstavitev trajnosti (Sustainability) in sodobnih delovnih praks. V ta namen se pisarniški kompleks, vključno s skladiščem in delavnicami na naslovu Kesselstrasse 23, preoblikuje in širi v skladu s celostnim konceptom trajnosti. To med drugim vključuje uporabo obnovljivih virov energije in učinkovito spremljanje energije. Tehnologija, ki jo ponuja Siemens, izpolnjuje trenutna merila digitalizacije in trajnosti ter zajema avtomatizacijo novih stavb in prostorov, varnostno (Security) tehnologijo in programske aplikacije. Poleg tega model programske opreme (Software) kot storitev ponuja Stadtwerke Stuttgart najsodobnejšo tehnologijo, ki temelji na zahtevah, ki jo je mogoče prilagodljivo prilagoditi med projektom.

As well as integrated parking and visitor management, further joint measures are being planned as part of the technology partnership:

  • Innovation day: Innovative topics about the future will be discussed and solutions based on state-of-the-art technologies, such as virtual reality, artificial intelligence and building twin, will be discussed
  • Sustainability workshop: The jointly implemented projects will be evaluated to identify potential optimizations
  • Showrooms: The design of a section of the new showroom at Kesselstrasse 23 is already in full swing. In the showroom, you can see and experience the interplay of technology and consulting expertise on both the producer and the consumer side in a variety of showcases
