The use of our Sifinity portfolio is governed by the applicable Product Specific Supplemental Terms (PSST) listed below for each offering, together with the Base Terms that apply to your order. Depending on your country and the specific terms of your order, the Base Terms will be either
- Siemens Terms of Sale (STS) Base Terms (applicable in countries where the STS have been implemented), or
- Universal Customer Agreement (UCA) (applicable in all other countries)
Your order will specify which Base Terms apply to your subscription. Please refer to the Product Specific Supplemental Terms (PSST) below for each specific Sifinity offering.

Please note that Sifinity Control and Sifinity Connect have not been released globally.
