The new autumn/winter sports program starts on October 1. There are still places available in the following courses.
We believe in supporting young professionals from the start!
In addition to regular sports programs, apprentices get exclusive access to our facility.
We also collaborate with Medical Services, Social Counseling, and SBK to offer workshops on health, ergonomics, relaxation, and nutrition.
The Sports and Recreation Facility offers extensive indoor and outdoor training options. Most areas are included in the annual fee. Check facility schedules to see available training times. During course sessions, certain areas are reserved for participants only.
Inside, you have access to our fitness room, table tennis room, a bowling alley, as well as various sports rooms.
In the fitness room you can train on Technogym equipment and on the multifunctional training zone. In addition, there is a free weights and cardio area at your disposal. The use is included in the annual fee.
The table tennis room is available to recreational athletes at specific times every day (for details, see recreational sports meetups). No registration is required. The use is included in the annual fee.
The bowling alley can be booked as part of departmental events or after workshops or seminars, including catering. The use is not included in the annual fee.
Courses are held year-round in the sports hall and sports rooms. The use of the sports rooms is only possible as part of course participation.
The outdoor area of the sports and leisure facility offers an Outdoor Cardio Zone, running routes, a climbing wall, beach volleyball and beach soccer courts, an outdoor fitness circuit, the Yin Yang Area with a stretching circuit and Kneipp water-treading basin, as well as a basketball court.
At the outdoor cardio zone, you can enjoy joint-friendly cardiovascular training on three fitness machines. The cross trainers and ergometers are designed for outdoor use. Use of the equipment is included in the annual fee.
You have the opportunity to train on four different running tracks (500 – 870 meters) with 100-meter markers, as well as a bark mulch track with 1,100 meters. Usage is included in the annual fee.
We offer various climbing courses at the outdoor climbing wall. Additionally, the climbing wall can be booked for team events. It is typically open from April to October. Usage is not included in the annual fee.
Members can book beach volleyball or soccer courts on the same day at the facility’s reception free of charge. Usage is included in the annual fee. If you wish to reserve a court in advance, a fee will be charged.
The training equipment in the outdoor fitness course allows for effective strength training at any fitness level, targeting all major muscle groups. Usage is included in the annual fee.
If you’d like to train in the Outdoor Fitness Parcours under professional guidance, please register for a course from the Fitness and Prevention Program (for a fee).
At the Yin Yang Area, you will find a Dr. Wolff stretching circuit for individual use, as well as a water-treading basin and a cascade shower. Use of these facilities is included in the annual membership fee.
The basketball court can be used by all members during available times. As part of the recreational sports meetups, you can meet other players. The use is included in the annual fee.
