In the new fitness room, you can train using Technogym equipment and the multifunctional training zone. Additionally, a free weights area and cardio section are available. The use is included in the annual fee.

The table tennis room is available to recreational athletes at specific times every day (for details, see recreational sports meetups). No registration is required. The use is included in the annual fee.

The bowling alley can be booked as part of departmental events or after workshops or seminars, including catering. The use is not included in the annual fee.

Courses are held year-round in the sports hall and sports rooms. The use of the sports rooms is only possible as part of course participation.

At the Outdoor Cardio Zone, you can enjoy joint-friendly cardiovascular training on three fitness machines. The cross trainers and ergometers are designed for outdoor use. Use of the equipment is included in the annual fee.

You have the opportunity to train on four different running tracks (500 – 870 meters) with 100-meter markers, as well as a bark mulch track with 1,100 meters. Usage is included in the annual fee.

The outdoor gym offers free weights and various training equipment for use in the fresh air. Thanks to the roof, the outdoor gym can also be used in the rain. Usage is included in the annual fee.

We offer various climbing courses at the outdoor climbing wall. Additionally, the climbing wall can be booked for team events. It is typically open from April to October. Usage is not included in the annual fee.

Members can book beach volleyball or soccer courts on the same day at the facility’s reception free of charge. Usage is included in the annual fee. If you wish to reserve a court in advance, a fee will be charged.

The training equipment in the Outdoor Fitness Course allows for effective strength training at any fitness level, targeting all major muscle groups. Usage is included in the annual fee.

If you’d like to train in the Outdoor Fitness Parcours under professional guidance, please register for a course from the Fitness and Prevention Program (for a fee).

In the Yin Yang Area, you’ll find a Dr. Wolff stretching circuit with six functional machines, as well as a Kneipp wading pool, a cascade shower, and an outdoor changing cabin. Use is included in the annual fee.

The basketball court can be used by all members during available times. As part of the recreational sports meetups, you can meet other players. The use is included in the annual fee.
