Cap sur la stratégie climatique de Stuttgart

Stuttgart vise la neutralité climatique d'ici 2035, soit dix ans plus tôt que ne l'exige la loi fédérale allemande sur le changement climatique. Pour atteindre cet objectif, la société de services publics municipale Stadtwerke Stuttgart met en œuvre un concept de durabilité en collaboration avec Siemens, en commençant par son propre siège social.

Pourquoi avons-nous emprunté cet itinéraire difficile alors qu'il existe un chemin plus facile ? Neutralité climatique d'ici 2045, c'est l'obligation légale. Mais Stadtwerke Stuttgart a décidé de suivre the "Stuttgart Way" dans le but d'atteindre la neutralité climatique d'ici 2035.

Les services publics municipaux et leurs défis sur la voie de la neutralité climatique

Les services municipaux sont le moteur de la transition énergétique. En tant que prestataires de services généraux pour des secteurs clés tels que l'énergie, les transports et le bâtiment, ils peuvent montrer l'exemple en menant la transition énergétique. Pour atteindre l'objectif climatique de la ville de Stuttgart, il faut réduire les émissions de 3,6 mégatonnes d'équivalent CO₂ par an – un défi de taille pour le groupe Stadtwerke Stuttgart.

Partenariat technologique avec Stadtwerke Stuttgart

Le groupe Stadtwerke Stuttgart définit des mesures concrètes pour atteindre ces objectifs ambitieux et met en œuvre un concept global de développement durable en collaboration avec Siemens dans le cadre d'un partenariat technologique. Les produits, solutions et services sont utilisés dans un large éventail de projets liés à l'efficacité énergétique, à l'énergie et aux quartiers résidentiels. La plateforme commerciale Siemens Xcelerator, ouverte et interopérable, constitue la base d'applications inter-bâtiments. Concrètement, comment cela se traduit-il ? Siemens fournit les capteurs et les logiciels. Nous travaillons avec les experts en énergie de Stadtwerke Stuttgart pour développer des concepts énergétiques et de chauffage pouvant être intégrés dans les systèmes des clients sur la base des données et des fonctionnalités ainsi obtenues.

Building X

Building X is a suite of AI-driven and open-platform applications for building management. It eliminates complexity, reduces data silos, and improves building performance.

Building X offers the following advantages for the building in Kesselstrasse:

360° Viewer: Photorealistic image as a digital twin. The 360° Viewer provides a continuous overview by displaying a virtual 3D environment.

Energy Manager: The energy consumption, costs and CO2 emissions of the building are recorded and analyzed so that optimization measures can be defined at an early stage.

Operations Manager: For monitoring a wide range of building installations and applications – in real time and from a single location. This makes it possible to respond to faults faster, thus minimizing downtimes and improving business continuity.

Lifecycle Twin: Serves a central data hub. It provides end-to-end visibility and comprehensive management for technical building services and all of the building’s assets, as well as efficient work order management in a virtual environment.

New headquarters to become a sustainability showcase

The conversion and modernization of an existing building at Kesselstrasse 23 in Stuttgart can be seen as the reference and starting point of the technology partnership.

La première mesure concrète concerne la modernisation du futur siège social du groupe Stadtwerke Stuttgart. Ce nouveau site est appelé à devenir une vitrine en matière de développement durable et de méthodes de travail modernes. À cette fin, le complexe de bureaux, y compris l'entrepôt et les ateliers situés au 23 de la Kesselstrasse, fait l'objet d'une transformation et d'un agrandissement selon un concept global de développement durable. Cela implique, entre autres, l'utilisation d'énergies renouvelables et une gestion efficace de la consommation énergétique. La technologie fournie par Siemens répond aux critères actuels de numérisation et de durabilité, et englobe la nouvelle automatisation des bâtiments et des locaux, les technologies de sécurité et les applications logicielles. De plus, le modèle Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) fournit à Stadtwerke Stuttgart une technologie de pointe adaptée à ses besoins, qui peut être ajustée de manière flexible au cours du projet.

As well as integrated parking and visitor management, further joint measures are being planned as part of the technology partnership:

  • Innovation day: Innovative topics about the future will be discussed and solutions based on state-of-the-art technologies, such as virtual reality, artificial intelligence and building twin, will be discussed
  • Sustainability workshop: The jointly implemented projects will be evaluated to identify potential optimizations
  • Showrooms: The design of a section of the new showroom at Kesselstrasse 23 is already in full swing. In the showroom, you can see and experience the interplay of technology and consulting expertise on both the producer and the consumer side in a variety of showcases
