The extensive HiMed portfolio offers our customers a careful selection of HiMed multimedia terminals, LED TVs, patient telephones and other terminal devices tailored to suit your equipment needs.

HiMed allows patients to access offered services, including television, pay TV and bring-your-own-device (BYOD) Internet access for online and in-house services, either free of charge or for a fee. Individual fees can be set up and billed flexibly for different user groups.

The system’s variable fee structure and integration with existing management tools — such as the hospital information system, menu ordering, patient surveys and quality management — make administration straightforward. Hospital staff can easily manage the Cockpit multimedia terminal’s user interfaces and handle central software distribution independently.

Integration of the CliniServe application into the HiMed Cockpit enables effective communication between patients and nursing staff. Patient needs are automatically distributed and allocated to the appropriate nursing staff, while an integrated chat function provides direct feedback to patients.
