One of the core differences is Sustainability Manager uses monthly utility bill data to calculate consumption while Energy Manager uses real-time submeter and building automation system (BAS) data.

Sustainability Manager focuses on target tracking, compliance and reporting requirements together with facility improvement measures and capital planning tools on the building level. In addition, it tracks utility vendors and contract expirations. Energy Manager goes further into the building device and equipment level with corrective actions based on the access to real-time equipment data and it can identify anomalies, inefficiencies and more accurately predict budget overruns.

Energy Manager assists you in understanding and leveraging your building data:

• Data visualization: Energy Manager offers intuitive and interactive dashboards that visually represent your consumption, cost and emission data. Through charts, graphs and customizable visualizations, you can easily interpret and understand key energy metrics, consumption patterns and trends. • Real-time monitoring: Energy Manager provides real-time monitoring capabilities, allowing you to access up-to-date information on energy consumption and other relevant parameters. • Benchmarking and comparison: Energy Manager allows you to benchmark your building's energy performance against industry standards (for example, EnergyStar) or similar facilities.
