Siemens Terms of Sale

Unless otherwise expressly agreed the following general terms and conditions “Base Terms Slovenia” apply for the deliveries and services of Siemens, depending on the agreed elements:
- for Hardware including firmware: the “Hardware Supplemental Terms”
- for Services: the “Services Supplemental Terms”
- for software on premise including any associated maintenance and support services: the “General Software and Cloud Supplemental Terms” supplemented by the “Specific Supplemental Terms for on-premises Software of Infrastructure & Industry Business”
- for cloud services: the “General Software and Cloud Supplemental Terms” and the cloud services specific supplemental terms stated in the cloud services description;
- for Solutions: the “Solutions Supplemental Terms“
