Siemens Terms of Sale – STS
Unless otherwise expressly agreed in a written document signed by Siemens d.d. (“Siemens”), the contract is exclusively subject to the “Base Terms Croatia” and, as applicable, to the following supplemental terms:
- for software on premise including any associated maintenance and support services: the “General Software and Cloud Supplemental Terms” supplemented by the “Specific Supplemental Terms for on-premises Software of Infrastructure & Industry Business”;
- for cloud services: the “General Software and Cloud Supplemental Terms” and the cloud services specific supplemental terms stated in the cloud services description;
- for Hardware including firmware: the “Hardware Supplemental Terms”;
- for Solutions: the “Solutions Supplemental Terms“;
- for Services: the “Services Supplemental Terms”.
