The CSC offers a wide portfolio of services in the areas of fire safety, security, and building automation with the aim of supporting you in monitoring your employees, processes, and assets to ensure business continuity while achieving greater efficiency and flexibility.

The CSC goes beyond a traditional Private Alarm Center (PAC) to also serve you proactively. The services offered are tailored by the CSC to your specific needs. This allows operators to monitor your buildings and premises remotely 24x7. However, the monitoring can also occur in a trigger-driven manner or at specific times, such as at night and on weekends. The CSC can manage alarms and incidents through customers' own systems, view camera footage, make and handle calls, and grant access to premises or buildings. Incidents or queries are always addressed according to the agreed procedures.

Service desk

You will have a single point of contact for your customers to report faults and ask questions. We are able to manage your own service organization according to agreed procedures. Through reporting, you will gain insights into the functioning of your service processes and organization.

Managed Video

With Managed Video, your organization receives camera observation and remote surveillance. This applies to both private and public domains. Interactive video with optional audio is used to monitor the situation remotely.

We provide a wide range of remote real-time services 24x7, including verifying and following up on alarm notifications, conducting surveillance rounds, providing assistance and guidance. Taking over door duties and surveillance services is also possible, which can complement existing staffing. This enables efficient handling of peaks in workload and dips in staffing. Saved camera footage can later serve as evidence in cases of burglary, robbery, kidnapping, and similar incidents. With this service, it is possible to fully ensure the safety of the location.

The Customer Service Center is also connected to the Police LiveView. This means we can allow the police to view your footage live, significantly increasing the likelihood of apprehending offenders.

These services can be provided on your own equipment or can be hosted by us. Hosting has the advantage of requiring no investment in central hardware and licenses.
