After you receive a replacement device, return the damaged device to our Return and Repair Center where we conduct a full assessment and investigation.

  • Receive your new device within 12-48 hours.
  • Return the damaged device using the enclosed shipping instructions
  • Receive notification upon receipt of your damaged device, the diagnostic determination, and any repairs that will be conducted.
